Every room has a maximum capacity of 3 adults. Subject to official room capacity, up to 2 children aged 7 or younger may share the room free of charge with 3 adults, with no amenities included for them. A valid ID or proof of the child's birthdate is required. Children 8 years old or older are considered adults, and extra persons beyond room capacity will be charged accordingly.

All bookings are held only until 8:00 p.m. on the check-in date. If you fail to arrive by then, your reservation is automatically cancelled and subject to a no-show fee equivalent to 100% of any deposits made.

Reservations cannot be edited directly through the website once submitted. To request a modification or cancellation, contact the front desk/administrator with your Reservation Number. Cancellations are subject to a fee equivalent to 100% of any deposits made. Rebooking is allowed with at least 3 days\u2019 prior notice, only once, and within the same year, subject to availability. See the House Rules page for the full cancellation and refund policy, including the exceptions for event postponement, force majeure, travel restrictions, or valid health-related incidents.

Your booking is created with a "Pending" status and you are given a Reservation Number and Payment Reference Number. An administrator then reviews your uploaded proof of payment and either approves it (status becomes "Confirmed") or rejects it. You will be notified once your payment has been verified.

You can pay online through the Landbank LinkBiz Portal (GCash, Bancnet, PESONet, or Credit Card), or choose "Pay at the Counter" to settle payment in person and email your receipt for verification. The website itself does not process card or e-wallet payments directly for LinkBiz — you pay through LinkBiz first, then report the result back here.

After paying through the LinkBiz Portal, return to the Payment step of your reservation, enter the reference number from your receipt, and upload a copy of your Payment Confirmation Receipt as a JPG, JPEG, PNG, or PDF file (maximum size 5MB).

The reference number appears on the Payment Confirmation Receipt generated by the Landbank LinkBiz Portal after you complete your payment. A system-generated reference number is also shown on your Confirmation page once your reservation is submitted.

Your reservation stays "Pending" until an administrator manually reviews your uploaded payment proof and reference number (or, for counter payments, your emailed receipt). Verification is typically completed within a few business days; you can check your status anytime using your Reservation Number.

Standard check-in time is 2:00 p.m. (until 8:00 p.m. only), and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. (noon) or earlier.

Subject to room availability: early check-in from 7:00 a.m. to 1:59 p.m. is charged 50% of the room rate, and check-in earlier than 7:00 a.m. is charged 100% of the room rate. Late check-out from 12:01 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. is charged 50% of the room rate, and check-out after 6:00 p.m. is charged 100% of the room rate.

Keys and/or keycards are issued at the front desk upon check-in and must be returned at check-out, along with the TV remote control. You are responsible for these items while they\u2019re issued to you. Lost or damaged keys, keycards, or the TV remote are charged \u20b11,000.00 per item — please report a misplaced or lost key/keycard immediately.

Yes. Additional bedding supplies such as a pillow with case or linen can be requested and will be charged \u20b1100.00 per item. Any lost or damaged item is charged \u20b11,000.00.

Unless prior arrangements are made, Make-Up Room (MUR) service is done only once every 3 nights of stay, and only upon request. There is no MUR on check-out dates. Stains on bed linens are charged separately.

2 single beds plus 1 pull-out bed, bed linens, toilet, bath linens/towels, hot & cold shower, a 32-inch Smart TV, Wi-Fi connectivity, an air conditioner, and a refrigerator. Guests may also use the Swimming Pool, Fitness Gym, and Basketball Court on a first-come-first-served basis (login at reception required, 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. only). Meals and toiletries are not included.

Yes. Quiet time is from 9:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. Please avoid unnecessary noise during this time out of consideration for other guests.

No, eating inside guest rooms is strictly prohibited. The Mess Hall near the Swimming Pool is open for this purpose (ask Village staff on duty for access). Please always practice "Clean As You Go" in common areas — a \u20b12,000.00 cleaning fee applies if this guideline is violated.

No, smoking, vaping, and drinking alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited in guest rooms and other common areas. A \u20b12,500.00 cleaning fee applies if this guideline is violated.

No. Pets are strictly not allowed within the premises.

Explosives, deadly weapons, flammable materials, and other dangerous chemicals are prohibited on the entire property. The use of personal appliances is also prohibited and will be automatically charged if found.

Yes, complimentary, first-come-first-served, with reception login required. You\u2019ll be asked to sign a guest registration form at check-in that also serves as a waiver for these facilities. Proper swimming/gym attire is required, they\u2019re open 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. only, there are no lifeguards or gym attendants on duty, and minors must always be under adult supervision.

You are responsible for your personal valuables — the Athletes\u2019 Village Management bears no responsibility for damage to or loss of personal belongings. Any damage to or loss of Village property must be reported immediately and will be charged accordingly. Before you leave, a room check is conducted at check-out to make sure no personal items are left behind.

A few more to note: tap water isn\u2019t suitable for drinking, and faucets should be properly shut before you leave the room; hallways and emergency exits must be kept clear (keep luggage inside your room); hanging clothes to dry on windows or decks is strictly prohibited; and please switch off lights, air-con, and other electrical appliances when not in use.
