To promote discipline, and ensure the safety and comfort of all guests during your stay, please take note of the following:

Amenities and Facilities

Complimentary use (first-come-first-served, login at the reception):
Swimming Pool, Fitness Gym, Basketball Court

1. Standard check-in time is 2:00 p.m. (until 8:00 p.m. only), and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. (noon) or earlier.
2. Subject to room availability, early check-in from 7:00 a.m. to 1:59 p.m. is subject to 50% of the room rate, if check-in is earlier than 7:00 a.m., 100% of the room rate shall be charged. Late check-out from 12:01 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. is subject to 50% of the room rate, check-out after 6:00 p.m. will be charged 100%.
3. All bookings will be on hold until 8:00 p.m. on the check-in date. Failure to arrive will automatically result in cancellation of your reservation and subject to a cancellation or no-show fee equivalent to 100% of any deposits made.
4. All rooms have a maximum capacity of three (3) adults. Subject to official room capacity, two (2) children who are seven (7) years old or younger may share the room free of charge with two (2) adults, no amenities included. Valid ID or proof indicating the children\u2019s birthdates shall be required. Children eight (8) years old or older are considered adults. Subject to maximum room capacity, extra persons shall be charged accordingly.
5. Front Desk and Housekeeping are available from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. while security is available 24 hours.
6. Keys and/or keycards are issued to registered guests at the front desk upon check-in and must be returned upon check-out. Issued keys and/or keycards and TV remote control shall be the responsibility of the Guest. Upon check-out, please return the room key, keycard, and TV remote control to the Front Desk. Lost and damaged keys/keycards/TV remote control will be charged ONE THOUSAND PESOS (Php1,000.00) per item. Please report misplaced or lost keys/keycards immediately.
7. For guest requests of additional bedding supplies, such as a pillow with case, linen, and others, will be provided and charged accordingly. Each item will be charged ONE HUNDRED PESOS (Php100.00). For each lost/damaged item, the charge is ONE THOUSAND PESOS (Php1,000.00).
8. Quiet time is from 9:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. Please avoid unnecessary noise during this time.
9. Guests are responsible for their personal valuables. The Athletes\u2019 Village Management bears no responsibility for any damages to or loss of your personal belongings.
10. As a matter of health, safety, and security, only registered guests are allowed inside their rooms. No persons other than the registered guests can enter their rooms after they have checked in.
11. Unless with prior arrangements, Make-Up Room (MUR) is done only after every three (3) nights stay upon request. No MUR on check-out dates. Stains on the bed linens shall be charged separately.
12. Rooms should be kept clean and orderly. Switch off lights, air-con, and other electrical appliances when not in use.
13. Tap water is not suitable for drinking. Please make sure all faucets are properly shut before leaving the room.
14. Hallways and emergency exits must be kept free from obstructions at all times. Luggage and other equipment must be kept inside guest rooms.
15. Hanging clothes to dry on windows or decks is strictly prohibited.
16. The use of personal appliances is prohibited and shall be automatically charged.
17. Eating inside guest rooms is strictly prohibited. The Mess Hall near the Swimming Pool shall be open for this purpose. Please seek the assistance of the Athletes\u2019 Village staff on duty for access. Always observe \u201cClean As You Go\u201d in all common areas. A cleaning fee of TWO THOUSAND PESOS (Php2,000.00) will be charged in violation of this guideline.
18. Smoking, vaping, and drinking alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited in guest rooms and other common areas. A cleaning fee of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (Php2,500.00) will be charged in violation of this guideline.
19. Explosives, deadly weapons, flammable materials, and other dangerous chemicals are prohibited on the entire property.
20. Pets are strictly not allowed within the premises.
21. For the protection of all guests and the Athletes\u2019 Village Management, kindly sign upon check-in the guest registration form which also serves as a waiver for the use of the Swimming Pool, Basketball Court, and Fitness Gym. Proper swimming/gym attire is required. These facilities are open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. only. There are no lifeguards or gym attendants on duty. Minors must always be under adult supervision. Extreme caution is advised.
22. Any damage to or loss of the Athletes\u2019 Village property must be reported immediately. Damages or losses will be charged accordingly.
23. Prior to departure, room check is conducted upon check-out to ensure no personal items are left by guests.
24. Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee which is equivalent to 100% of any deposits made. Rebooking may be allowed with at least three (3) days prior notice and may be done only once and scheduled within the same year, subject to availability. Any cancellations resulting from a) event postponement or cancellation by the organizer, b) force majeure, c) travel restrictions, or d) valid health-related incidents, may be considered for a refund, subject to review, documentary proof, and the usual refund process which may be requested, subject to BCDA Management approval. In such cases, the Athletes\u2019 Village shall retain 50% of the amount deposited as an administrative fee. Processing of refunds may take at least sixty (60) calendar days. Guests have the option to rebook their stay dates or convert unused nights to Athletes\u2019 Village vouchers, subject to existing terms and conditions herein.
25. Guests shall not hold the BCDA and its Management liable for any untoward incidents that may arise during their stay at the Athletes\u2019 Village, and within the National Government Administrative Center, especially for products or services not provided by the Athletes\u2019 Village.
26. The Athletes\u2019 Village Management assumes that guests fully understand and accept the House Rules. All other pertinent rules and regulations for guests apply. All pertinent local government ordinances and other laws of the land are observed.
